About Mandy Kraft
15 years ago I began working in the realm of sexual health and sex education. Since then, my education and career have grown in many ways. For many years, I worked in palliative and oncology care, helping individuals and families navigate difficult life transitions. A few years ago, I made the career jump to private practice and eventually began focusing on relationship counselling, 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, and sex therapy.
At the heart of my practice, I am person-centred, non-judgmental, warm, curious, and collaborative. I integrate numerous therapeutic methodologies and work with you to create a space that meets your particular goals. I am a member of the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) and working towards certification under the supervision of a AASECT Certified Sex Therapy Supervisor.

Specializing in Sex Therapy, Relationship and Couple's Therapy, and 2SLGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy
Sex Therapy
Sex therapy helps people discuss sex, sexuality, and sexual health, in an open, honest, and non-judgmental way. I support individuals and couples address a wide variety of concerns that can sometimes be difficult to talk about. Nothing is off limits to discuss, and we work together to come up with goals to work towards, and how to best meet those goals.
Grief & Loss Counselling
I provide supportive and empathic counselling for grieving and bereaved individuals. Grief and loss counselling may be related to the death of a loved one, but it can also be coping with a major illness of yourself or a loved one, or navigating the loss of a relationship.
Relationship and Couple's Therapy
In relationship counselling, I help couples navigate challenges, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional connection. Together, we work towards building healthier and more fulfilling relationships. I work with all types of relationships: monogamous, non-monogamous, polyamourous, kinky, straight, mixed orientation, and queer.
Family Counselling
In family counselling I work with all parties towards greater understanding, communication, and connection. While families are not my primary area of focus, I occasionally work with families in various capacities, including navigating illness, death, transition, or sexual and gender identity. I only work with youth age 16+.
2SLGBTQIA+ Affirming Therapy
I am a safe provider of all people within the gender and sexual minority umbrella. I have lived experience as a queer woman, and regularly work with people of all sexual and gender identities. Whether you're looking to specifically explore sexual or gender identity, or looking for a safe and compassionate provider to navigate other mental health concerns, you can be assured that the work we do together will be respectful and informed.
Individual Counselling
I offer general mental health counselling to all individuals regardless of identity. If you think we would be a good fit, please don't hesitate to reach out.
